REGISTRATION Once the course registration has been received (in writing, by fax or by email), the registration is binding for the participant. Each participant receives a written registration confirmation with an invoice.
CANCELLATION Written cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the course can be made free of charge. If you cancel in writing 3-6 weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged; if you cancel later, 100% will be charged. Registration can be transferred to a replacement person.
UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION of the event or impossibility to hold it:
If the organizer cancels at short notice, course fees already paid will be fully refunded. In the unlikely case that the congress cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the organisers’ control or force majeure such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, war, terrorism etc. Endo4you, cannot be held liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
